Create/Reset Password

Navigate to the Create/Reset Password page.
Enter your email address and click "SEND". You will receive an email within a minute.
Open the email you received and click on the link.
On the Create/Reset Password page you will see a list of all accounts with this email address.
Check the radio button beside the account you want to create a login for. This will be your main "parent" account.
Enter your new password and then confirm your new password within the second field. *The password needs to be unique within the users who have this email address.
Click "RESET PASSWORD".
You will now be able to log on.

Register

Navigate to the Register page.
Fill out all required details (marked with an *) in the registration form.
Click "Register".
From the menu, you should now see your first and last name as the logged in user.
Adding members on to your account follow instructions "How to Add Family/Group Members" in the next section below.

How to Add Family/Group Members

After logging into your account navigate to the My Family page. *If you see "You are not a member of any groups." please call customer service to set up a group for your family/group.
If you can see your group and current members, click the "ADD" button to create a new group member.
Enter the fields required on the next page and indicate whether the user is a child or a parent account.

Navigating your Account

Click “Logon” to log into your account.
Choose your menu option.
On a PC/Laptop, the menu options appear on the main page.
Follow the menu option criteria to provide the information or action you require.

Shows memberships for all family members
Can view for one or multiple family members at a time

Shows registered courses for all family members
Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
Option to view confirmed courses only, or waitlisted courses

My Appointments:

Shows upcoming class schedule for all family members
Can view for one or multiple family members at a time
Date range is adjustable
Drop-in classes can be rebooked from this screen

My Statements:

View invoices from previous transactions (registrations, memberships, drop-in classes)
email copy of invoice from previous transactions
View account credits for cancelled programs/services
Pay outstanding invoices

My Outstanding Invoices:

View and pay outstanding invoices

My Proficiencies:

View proficiencies for registered courses for each family group member

My Groups:

Add/edit/remove family group members
Add/edit/remove corporate group members

Update communication preference settings for promotions and reminders

Complete pending forms for registered courses and other services
View completed forms for registered courses and other services

To pre-book your activity or course please follow these steps:

Select the amenity and/or activity type that you are wanting to book.
Select the date and time of the activity.
Select Book.
Logon to your account to book "Logon to Book".
Select the family member participating and Book Now.
Review that the participant, date, and time are correct and select Book Now.
See section below for “How do I book additional family members?”
Proceed to Checkout for payment.

For additional participants from the same family group, (friends and extended family will have to book using their own account):

After booking the first participant, as per "Register for a pre-booked Activity or Course" above.
From your Cart, select Continue Shopping.
Re-select the date and time of the activity.
Select Book.
Select the next family member participating and Book Now.
Review that the participant, date, and time are correct and select Book Now.
Repeat above steps for any additional family members requiring registering.
Proceed to Checkout for payment.
